“The civil team made a lot of progress this week. They found the height
requirements for a living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, basement,
bathroom and hallways. They found information with regards to hot water
heaters and the effects of the different psig ratings. Furthermore, they
found that the building height should not exceed 60 meters, the minimum
and maximum sound pressure levels (min 75dBA in bedrooms, max 100dBA
to prevent hearing damage) and that we will require a minimum of two exit
stairwells that are at least 1100 mm wide.”
